Exclamation Help the Blackberry on Linux Movement

Please Login to Remove!

I have put together a blackberry on linux google group i encourage everybody to join. There is a large community of linux and blackberry users trying to tether their blackberry with linux and i want to bring them together to figure this all out. We want to be able to package everything into a gzip file and be able to run 1 script to install all of the packages for you. but in order for it to work we need to pull everyone together and collect information about both successes and failures in connecting. please help us out. I am posting by tethering through my blackberry so i know it can be done

It is bad form and rude to join a website that is for the specific things you mention and then ask people to go to another website.

I do intend to use this site as it has many resources i need, i also dont intend to pull people away from here. this forum is a very useful pace to get information. i am an avid forum user, i have only just found this site

Now i started the google group in order to bring people together from various forums. Was i supposed to ask you to come to my forum instead? how else am i supposed to bring multiple groups of people working on the same project together? i cant relay all the information between forums. I only offer another option to let people work together from different sources to work on the same project.

I meant no bad or negative feelings by asking people to check out an additional resource to try and help people figure out a problem. I in no way am trying to pull people away from this site as I even intend to use it also.
