Hi all,

I noticed that there is an unofficial update to the storm, ver .83. I read that is has big improvements over .75 or whatever the previous version was.
I am hesitant to upgrade and cause my device to go goofy on me considering it is a beta and may be full of bugs..

any idea how long it will take for verizon to release this update??

Seems that this phone is great, but could be better with certain things like response time and I guess only a software update could do that..

No one has any clues about Verizon's time to release IF they at all release that version. There is no guarantee they will. They could skip it for another.
