my 9780 keeps rebooting i wipe it and now it wont pass the welcome video on start up i dont know what else to do can some one please help me out i want to relopad the os n use javaloader and delete the current os but it wont even stay on i need to reinstall a new os ....

Sounds pretty rough. Maybe try having it plugged into the PC just via USB cable and no battery? See if it boots, stays on and run Javaloader. Maybe if that works maybe its an issue with the battery or the when the battery is inserted.

ok it wont boot without battery ....the usb directly to the pc wont help ....question thou wen i wipe it with javaloader n i get error screen once i plug it to my pc n launch the os i want to install it wil detect n install drivers correct?

okay i am thinking about using javaloader to wipe the OS i did that and now i am seeing error 507.... how do i re-install the Os from there ? i am wondering if the battery if it have a fault could make the device not able to stay on ?

If you can write normally then why did you originally post in text speak? Your question here makes so much more sense.

First make sure you have Blackberry Desktop Manager and the OS you want to use installed on to your PC. Once both of those are set up, Run the loader.exe. You can find that here ---> C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader\.

It should identify the OS you have installed to your PC and then update the device.
