Default How long does it take to receive Seidio products?

Please Login to Remove!

Just trying to get input on how long it has taken some of you to receive your Seidio products directly from their website...

reason I'm asking is because I ordered a case and holster for my 8900 more than a week ago, it was shipped the next day, and still has not arrived.

Thank you for your interest in our products! Usually, the order will take 1-2 business days to process. Keep in mind that Good Friday (4/10) was a holiday for us, so if you called, you did not get an answer.

Thank you. I called you folks today and it was stated that it was day 5 of the delivery date (it was shipped on 4/3). I'll give it a few more days and call you folks again if it hasn't arrived yet.

Ok, now I'm thoroughly kinda PO'd...

I get an email saying that it was return to sender. No explanation... (house is not that hard to find, it's a single digit house) Called, verified it was shipped to the right address. Yep, it is. "It takes 7 business days to receive it." Huh? I just shipped 6 textbooks the same method on Monday, the buyer received them today, in Connecticut!

Now, two weeks later, I'm still without my order. I wanted to cancel it since this is becoming a headache but I would have to pay a 15% restocking fee. A restocking fee for what? I never even touched the product, let alone received it. Apparently, this is a postal error but I, the customer, have to pay for that error. Incredible... I will be calling my CC company for a chargeback to end this ordeal.
