When you install another memory card into r bb how do you dl the info from that mem card to your phone?

there is still contacts and picts on the old mem card it just doesnt automatically dl when i install it.

Best to transfer the contents of the old card to a pc, then install and format the new card. Once that's done you can drag/drop the old files from your pc onto the new memory card.

Your contacts arent stored on the card.
You will have to use desktop manager to transfer those.

I followed same steps and it was successful, no risk to loose any data
