kindly need your help,
i have problem with my BB device, and already repaired, but after I repair it the bb messenger is gone from full menu ( i can see it on application ) Already upgrade to 4.5.....188, but its still not there ( when i use BB desktop manager,, there is 2 bbm software ( 4.5 and 5.0,,,I delete the 4,5,,,but still not solved the problem,,,anyone can help??

Not sure if I'm understanding you correctly but are you saying you see BBM in your applications list, just not the icon itself on your phone's homescreen? If so, you've probably just hidden the icon.
