if you'd look further down the page, there's some exact instructions.

deleting Vendor.xml has become standard, so no reasons to leave it out. as for the BlackBerry.alx modifications, no offense, but have you seen some people's posts here? just trying to keep it simple by doing the leg work for them (and yet we still have people who do not know what 'unzip' or 'extract' means... hehe).

Update the Blackberry means run the Applications Loader (part of Desktop Manager - the icon on the left). The new OS and all the applications will be sitting in there waiting to be installed.

The post that you quoted from jibi is a full wipe and load. Be sure to back up your data first.

After doing this, I have two emails on BB from one of my BIS email accounts that won't go away.

I have tried deleting them by deleting them seperately, deleting priors by date, on handheld, and on mailbox/handheld. They just won't go away.

I even tried to get rid of them by deleting the email account re-adding it. They were still there! Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get rid of them?

By any chance do you have them in a saved folder, if you do delete them from there and they should finally disappear? For some reason if you saved an email without opening it this is known to happen.

I have been using the Zen theme now for about a week and you all were right! It does grow on you and now I can't imagine my BB without it!
