Well I just tried to do the handheld upgrade. It got about 98% done and I got a blue screen on my PC. It did finally finish booting up (the 7520 that is) but it looks like I have to do an Enterprise Activation again. Didn't realize I would need to do that again, but I guess it makes sense.
I re-sent my service book earlier today and popped out my battery but still nothing. Then just a minute ago I got an e-mail and when I went back to the home screen it was there. Looks like Michigan is getting it now. =) Yay!
damn my new browser quit working called nextel they had me delete all my service books now icon is gone they told me there is a back log of updating to wait 24 hours and I should get it again. Guy I first talked to said there isnt a new browser down right argued with me I told him to turn around and ask someone else he quickly appologized.
I just got my 7520 today and signed up on the nextel blackberry site for e-mail. I'm a newbie, so sorry if this is a dumb question, but what icon/name is the browser? This will work with the Nextel Blackberry plan right?
Welcome aboard... this site will help you out...use the search tool before you ask if possiable.
yes it should, but it may take a bit for you to get all the provisioning done. You will see three icons on your home page,
Title Nextel Online NOL with a circle around it is the icon
Nextel.com is the 2nd it has a Help with an arrow in the icon
Newest out today is Internet Browser, it is a world with people around it.
I am assuming that you have some internet service also with your e-mail...

thanks. The logo is not on my home page, it's only available when I push Alt-Escape, but it's not people, it's just a arrow around a world. It's lets me go to sites though, but how do I go about getting that newer one. I'd like to think I have the newest software, but I may not...
