Default Emails

Please Login to Remove!

I have in the early hours received identical emails on my phone to say Blackberry cannot access my accounts and to validate by verifying the password. I have attempted to do this but keeps saying password invalid despite checking correct ones and checking that they are correct on my laptop. Any help please.

Receiving emails from an unknown source if that is where they came from may be a scam looking for the passwords on your accounts. If the phone is working and your receiving emails from other sources I would not respond to them.

Not receiving any emails on phone only on laptop request appeared genuine currently liasing with Blackberry technical team cost me $35 the still sorting have rang me back 3 times already.

Ok , generally the blackberry phones require a data plan to get any data including emails. the carrier ( phone company)your using will unless you are using a pay per call plan or a minutes SIM card and do not have data included. It might be worth calling your phone company and asking if they restrict email data on your account or if you even have data included..
Carrier is a company like Verizon, ATT, T mobile

Thanks for your further message Blackberry support thought it was something to do with yahoo suggested delete email account and reinstall. I was reluctant to lose my emails but did this on one account and it worked and didn't lose my emails so did same with other account thanks for your input.
