Problems with OS6 - Missing Curser, Scrolling, etc

Is anyone having issues with OS 6 on their 9700? I constantly have issues with the curser missing to select text. When i'm scrolling through emails it'll switch to the next email in my mailbox. The cut and paste feature in bbm and text is a pain in the ass to deal with. Facebook scrolling is a mess.... anyone have a fix or notice imporvement in later versions. I'm using 6.0.0.418

basically it is a known issue to find where you are in the bbm hit your shift key on the device in the chat convo, and facebook scrolling is the app itself I assume.
as for links check in any of the threads that have the Leaked OS in the title I am sure if you read on you will find peoples comments in there that relate to these issues.
