Attempts 1 and 2 resulted in an 'unexpected error' occurring at the start of the upgrade. I now have a pretty purple paperweight on my desk.

Rebooted PC (on a whim) and AppLoader still craps out. 9330 is sitting here with no OS and pretty red blinking LED.

Fortunately Verizon has OS5 for download....

Not sure if it has anything to do with it, but when I installed OS5, one of the apps listed was Visual Voicemail. OS6 did not have his listed separately... not sure if that's what caused it to hork up or not.
