Works on Storm (.114 Hybrid). Downloaded OTA, emailed soft token to my account and was up and running in less than 5 min.

Default Still not able to import or push RSA token seeds

I hope that you can help me. I am working with a Verizon 8330 with the 4.5.0.77 software and have tried with both RSA 3.0 and 2.1.1 software to get the token imported. I have had the token created to a 3.0 seed when attempting the push, or import and the device keeps resetting.

I then deleted the RSA applet and installed the 2.1 ver, had the seed downgraded - no go. I can't push the 2.0 seed, get the invalid seed message.

I am fed up with these Verizon devices, as I have figured out that the 2.1 works with everything else here in my corporate environment.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

If you need to email me... do so at chantal . boddie at g mail. No spaces of course. Thanks

Got 3.0.2 working.

Not sure if anyone else may have had this issue, but my BB thought that the sdtid file was invalid until I renamed the file.

I had to include "x-rimdevice-" in front of the filename before it recognized it. My file came named as my username. After I changed the filename it imported with no issue.

This is amazing! What do I have to do to use this? I already have a token, is that enough or does my company have to sign up for something? Thank you.

What kind of token do you have, hardware? Hardware, software, and smart phone tokens are separate instances. For instance, if you have a hardware, software, and smart phone tokens, then that's 3 different tokens charged to your company. Kind of like buying the vinyl, CD, and cassette tape of the same album, in a way.

I have a hardware token. I was hoping I could use the serial number if I got the Blackberry app. I guess from your response that's not true. Oh well.

i have the software token working on
BB Model: 8100
Software: 4.5.0.55
RSA Version: 3.0

it would not import using BB Software 4.5.0.180

I have been trying to use the other method to import a token - token distribution by CT-KIP

but keep getting error -
Your MDS has been configured to deny SSL requests to servers that have certificates which are untrusted or expired. Try using Device Side SSL whcih can be modified in your TLS options.

not sure how to do that - running BES version 4.1.4.28
(we are using Novell Groupwise if that make a difference)
other help refer to version 4.5.
