Default Blackberry Curve 8320 Strange Case

Please Login to Remove!

What happened to my BB Curve 8320 seems rare, because it is very difficult to find the same thing in the Blackberry forums. Here is the case.

Starting when I was about to change the sim card and turned on the phone. Blackberry just quiet and view pictures of battery with a red cross on the screen.

I have tried to wipe the firmware with jl_cmdr but no luck.

I also try to force to update the software through apploader, and arising under the error message like this, like devices are not detected.

Still, no luck...

Maybe there's somebody have experienced the same thing, and know how to solve the problem can share here.

Thank you.

The first image: either the battery is not present or not charged well enough to run the device. Keep it plugged in 3-4 hours to the charger, and the, with the USB charger cable SITLL connected, remove the battery a few seconds and replace to reboot.

Of course now, you might also need to follow through with the OS loading as well.

Hi Tezytan,
I just turned off the phone to change the sim card, and when I tried to turned it on, the problem occurred. Before that happens the phone is fine.
