Notes I purchased this from a friend who received this unit as a warranty replacement and decided to go back to their Curve without using this unit. It appears to be new, in every respect, but I can not absolutely say it is not a refurb, but as I said, based on its appearance, I believe it is new. I have turned it on to ensure that it functions properly, but otherwise it has not been used. This is a great buy on this phone.
