I just bought a BB9900 from a seller in my country.
It came with box, headset, books, charger, cable and clean cloth.
There is no leather case.
Is this real one? or I did buy a phone with something wrong?
Could someone tell me something about it?

It should have come with a leather belt clip case, but just because the case was removed doesn't mean it's got problems. The only way to be sure is to activate it and use it.

And I did, the box did not mention anything about the leather case!

Different carriers package different accessories with the device. Some, for instance, do not include a headset or media card.

I made a call to the sellers and they said that all the phones they have don't have a case!

Like the others said, it is probably just the way the company ordered the phones from BB. As long as the phone works and there is no issue, I wouldn't be inclined to think of it as fake.

If you want an OEM case, you could get one of the similar ones from third party sellers. Personally I would look at blackberry bold accessories, but there are other sites that sell OEM cases and look-a-likes as well for less then if you ordered one straight from RIM.
