Default Policies from BES to a 7250. Problem

Please Login to Remove!

We have several hundred BB's on a BES ver 3.6. Everything has been working fine all the way, but we just got our first 7250's. The problem is that the default policies from the BES will not come down to this device. I have never had a problem sending policies to any other device. When I try to resend the policy, the arrows in the upper right hand corner bounce for a second, and then nothing. Resent the policy yesterday, and again today. Anyone have any ideas? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can only offer a guess based on the info. I assume your 7250 is 4.0 but your syncing with desktop manager. Just as a test, again making guesses based on what I would try, install desktop 4.0 to a workstation, resync the device, in the redirector/security settings manually redo the encryption key, resync again. Pull the device and try again to push the policy.

Try wiping the handheld. Options> Security> Click trackwheel select Wipe Handheld. Then try again.

I have policy set to not allow 3rd party wap browsing. On my ATT 7290's when this policy is set, the MMode browser goes away. But on the 7250 from Bell Mobility, the wap browser stays. Any ideas. The policy is getting set correctly.
