i am having trouble getting the "in holster" rules to abide.

i have set em some holster options so that wen i recieve an IM, it buzzes once; sms/mms : two buzzes ; and a phone call :3buzzes.

unfortunately it does work, wen ever i get an IM when my device is in the holster, it buzzes twice, deceiving me into thinking that it is a text message.
i have repteadly reset the device, yanked out the battery and turn off the profiles and back on agian..nothing seems to work..

is there anyone that that assist me in fixing this problem?

Unfortunantly with the blackberry, vibrate once - means it vibrates 2 times very close together

Webmessenger from <forgot the company> allows you to set all kinds of alert features though.

So, how do you set the number of "buzzes"? Is that the "Beep" setting?
