Can someone help me?
I'm staring bleary eyed at my new 8707v and all it's accompanying bits and have succeeded in downloading free pocketmac software. come as far as registration but can't find the required serial number anywhere. have emailed support but can anyone help?
also, would i benefit substantially from upgrading to Pro Plus (not the stay awake medicine, though it would help) the software upgrade, not free.

ohmygod, can anyone help me. I need to get this figured out.

pocketmac 4 doesn't require a serial number anymore. it is available from blackberry's download site.
