I am struggling to log into my BIS...
I requested a new password on my laptop and it said:
" a new password has been successfully sent to your BB device."

where on my BlackBerry?

It should arrive as PIN message to the device that is currently linked to that particular BIS account.
Check your 'Messages' icon on the device.

it would have sent it to the pin u had registered. so if you recently got a new bb and are trying to update ur bis account to the new device, it would have sent the pin to your old device.

otherwise if your device is still the same, it would have sent a pin message to your inbox on the device.

First BlackBerry, no new messages. My "Congratulations you have successfully set up..."
is one of my old messages. Is that a Pin message?

nevermind...somehow I was in a Verizon web site, not US cellular. weird!
