My BB Torch (9800) is doing a few odd things. Firstly, the photos I have taken with the camera do not appear as thumbnails in the folder. They do show full size when selected, unlike other images on the Micro SD which show up as neither thumbnails or full size images.
I can also no longer see full size MMS. The thumbnails are there; however when selected all I get is a black screen. All the edit features are there including zoom and I can use these pics as wallpapers but I CAN'T SEE THEM at any other time.. Shop where I bought it couldn't work it out. HELP!!!

Thumbnails are not correctly displayed in the picture viewer on the BlackBerry Torch 9800 smartphone

In some rare instances, thumbnails of pictures shown in the pictures application on the BlackBerry Torch 9800 smartphone are not correctly displayed in the portrait (vertical) orientation. For example, the picture thumbnail appears as a blank or black image. When the picture is highlighted and opened by touching and clicking the trackpad, the full image is displayed correctly.

This is a previously reported issue that has been escalated internally to our development team. No resolution time frame is currently available.

To view the thumbnail of the picture, rotate the BlackBerry smartphone into the landscape (horizontal) orientation. The thumbnail will be correctly displayed.
