8900 sending email from diffirent email accounts other than the BES email account

Just wanted to post a resolution to a problem that just ocurred with a BES user using his 8900 with multiple email accounts in conjuction with work email BES account. He kept getting a red x when trying to send email from his work email.
The problem ended up being that he had attempted to manually add his work email (*****@yourcompany.com) to his handset or the T-Mobile website. We had to delete the manual entry, reset the handset by shutting down and removing battery for a few seconds.
Email will get sent by the BES account by default. Additional web email accounts used will show up as additional "envelope icons" on the main screen. To send email using one of the other accounts, user open that email folder and create email using that email profile.
Lesson learned was to let the BES activation setup the email as default......DO NOT ADD the BES email account manually, doing so creates a conflict.
