7100t with 4.0 Crashes during Sync

I have recently upgraded my 7100t T-Mobile to 4.0. Ever since then I have crashed during sync. At first I have the invalid connection but i have reinstalled, etc, following all on the Blackberry website, includes renaming, removing, reinstalling, etc.
Now I am left with a problem. In the middle of syncing i keep getting a pop-up from the Handheld Manager saying:
"Handheld Tools Desktop Manager has encountered a problem and needs to close".
It closes and i cant complete the sync. HELP!!!!!!!!!!
