Default 7100v Device Wipe problem

Please Login to Remove!

I have 7100v,Iam having trouble with wiping out the Device,
It seems Device is dead.
I tried to wipe the device using the command prompt,but i am getting Error.
I used following commonds
C:\Program Files\JL_Cmder>javaloader -usb wipe -f

Error
Connecting to device...Error: unable to open port

can any body help me to solve this problem.
