I used my blackberry 9700. But the problem is that I dont which is the original carrier of this blackberry. I installed my carrier operating system and it was successful, but the problem is that i get a agreement from blackberry when turning on the device and i am not able to click ok button in the agreement so that I use the phone. The strange thing is that I am able to see the icons and background on the back. Can someone let me know how to find the original carrier for my phone so that I can install their operating system and try.

The agreement contents: "This handheld device includes software that is proprietary and confidential to research in motion........if you agree, click ok"

Are you able to scroll down to the bottom of the agreement? If so, why are you not able to click the "ok" button? What happens? The OS will work regardless of carrier's OS.

If you can't answer questions, no one will help you...

some times you can hit the blackberry button and get an "Accept" option. works with some of those agreements.

I can not press any button ...

Mobile commentator felt ..

And then powers down after the lights and can not operate unless separated mobile phone's battery, because buttons can not work

Do a wipe and reload, without the data. Backup the data 1st, so if you need to restore it later, you can.
