Would you be referring to the RF radio interference when using your desk telephone speakerphone?

Move your BB further away from the desk.

I don't think the OP is talking about GSM chatter. It sounds like something else, although I don't quite understand what "noise" it might be. GSM chatter doesn't go away when using headphones. It sounds like something specifically to do with the speakerphone.

The noise is a constant hi melody in the back ground. It sound like a beep sound. But it never stops. Its like somebody is singing int the bacck groung nonstop. No pause or anything. Soon as I turn speaker off noise is gone. I tried my media play there no problem at all when I listen to music.

Its more of a melody that never stop. Its a beep noise the never stop. This noise is the back ground; its louder than the person I'm talking to on the phone. Soon as I hit the speaker option I hear beeeep! Nonstop. I tried the media player while using the speaker and it worked fine. Just on phone calls the noise starts and never stop.

Shh...

All I can tell you without the supreme overlord coming down on me is that I have no idea what that noise is.

Dang... I may have said too much.

Try another mp3. I was in a band with that dude once... Motown - Wasn't it?? Change the channel... (just kidding)

No, I, errr - We don't know what that other noise(es) is?are?

The only noise common to us is keeping the phone too close to your desk phone. Most of the time I can simply relocate the device away from any speakers or microphones and the noise will stop.

Doh! A reboot is the first thing to try when things don't seem quite right. Sorry I didn't suggest it earlier. Glad it's working now, though.
