Default Blackberry issues

Please Login to Remove!

Hiya,

I have a Blackberry Torch 9800, I've only had it about 3 months and I've been experiencing a couple of odd little issues with it, even though my settings seem to be correct.

- It vibrates whenever I receive any sort of notification even though all of my vibrate settings are off in all profiles,
- The LED Light has begun to stay lit until I exit the text/email and then re enter the either the text or email folder.
- My BBM is set to full volume and has a specific tone set, yet when I receive a BBM it only vibrates and lights up.

I have no idea how to fix any of these things, any help at all for any or all of these issues would be GREATLY appreciated

Thank you

Welcome to BBForums.
Two questions: Have you tried to pop the battery out then in? That seems to fix a lot of problems. Also, what version of the handheld software are you running?

Thank you

Yep I've tried taking the battery out for 60 seconds and it's still the same, I'm running software version 6.0 Bundle 2534.

Yep, I have quite a few apps, one of them changed the colour of the LED light, so I thought that could be the reason for one of the issues, however I uninstalled it and rebooted and it's still the same :/
