I'm working for a company that has app. 10 users using various models of BB's using two different carriers. Having said that all of our BB's are recieving the same emails 4,5,6 etc times. There is no BB software loaded on their workstations. As far as redirections are concerned. I create a "Contact" using the BB address within Exchange to forward emails to their BB's. There are no filters or rules set up on their perspective accounts. I've looked at this article

You did not detail how your sending the emails to the BB but I suspect when you forward them to the carrier, exchange is causing this issue. What protects your internal network? Normally exchange works thru a BES server to control the flow. You need to read up on BES service or install a BES server
Your other option is to use the carriers BIS service and forward all emails to the email address given to each BB. Do not use the email address assigned to the BB for distribution because a carrier change will delete the address. Simply use it as a forwarding email. You can also set up additional emails if your using a third party system. You can also see if the carriers offer limited BES service.
