Hello,

I setup a BES server last February running in a Domino Cluster Environment 7.0.3. All appeared well until recently any E-Mails sent out of our domain are getting delivery failure report 550.

The message reaches destination but rejected as a relay. When sent from mail client it reaches destination.

Any suggestions appreciated

any mail sent from a BlackBerry smartphone through the BES will look to any other mail server like it is coming directly from the server ... this isn't a BES issue; you've got some other mail problem.

Adding on to hdawg, in Domino's lingua:-

Any messages from the handheld (MFH) will be deposited to the BES' mail.box (or the home servers for the foreign domain users) and all the rest is up to the Domino Router add-in task to deliver them. BES has got no part to play here.
