this is the first time my 9300 become like this! it suddenly freezes with the small square clock appearing on it. i did soft reboot, hard reboot, it doesnt work. i only have ubersocial and whatsapp for my apps and i have a 2GB memory card. i deleted all my pictures and songs and it is still freezing. i cant do anything with the phone right now! please helppppp!

What is the amount of free memory before, and the amount after you do a hard reset?

You mention apps, but what about the theme? Are you running a stock theme, or a third-party theme?

Did you do anything before the problem strated?

thank you for your response, i didnt check the memory before i did the hard reset. about the apps, i never installed any themes or change the themes. as far as i remembered, i did nothing to the phone. but now i took out the memory card and trying to on it again, it's working and fine for the time being i supposed, but it is very very slow. i've only use this phone for 10months.

What was the last App you put on it, try to uninstall it. I put Drivesafe.ly on mine and it did that and ran the battery down mega quick. Uninstalled the app and the phone went back ok.
