Can anyone tell me how to resend service books? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

With AT&T, you can simply go to Options > Advanced Options > Host Routing Table and use the Menu key to select "Register". The service books will be automatically pushed to your Blackberry. It should only take a few seconds and you should see confirm messages from AT&T.
