Default Moving icons to another screen?

Please Login to Remove!

Is there a way to move icons to different screens.

Example, moving an icon from "All" to "Media"? I know you can mark an icon as a Favorite and it puts a copy on the Favorites screen.

Somehow all of my BIS email icons got moved to the Media screen and I can't figure out how to move them back to a folder under the "All" screen. After a reboot they were not in the folder I created called "Mail"...found them on the Media screen.

Under "Options" (from home screen) I can "Reset Settings" to default.
I have choices of:
Wallpaper
Layout
Download Folder
Icon Arrangements

I really don't want to reset any of the above unless there's no other way.

Put your finger on the target icon and hold it there for 3-5 seconds.

A second options window will open allowing you to "move to another folder"

Select the target folder from the drop down menu and Tada!

That's to a folder and not out of the "Media" screen.

It seems the "Media" screen is just a dedicated screen for the "Media" folder.
So from the "All" screen you open the "Media" folder and now you have a "Move to folder" option.

But my problem is there's a bug with my BIS icons. When I select those icons and "Move to Folder" I don't get an option to move it to the folder I want. And "Media" is one of the folder options to move to even though I'm in the "Media" folder.

So the device thinks the BIS icon is in the folder I created called "Mailz" and thus that's why the "Media" folder is an option and the "Mailz" is not.

After a hard reset my BIS icons are not in the Media folder or the Media screen.

RIM is a bit perplexed to why this happened.
