Just a day or so my 9530 Storm would not take pictures.it keeps on saying to turn off any programs that might be using the camera. I checked and no program is using it. Anyone one have any suggestions to help me out? Also I had a backup from a couple weeks and restored it. Still the same thing. Battery pulls do no good. Can anyone help me out please?

Do a search on key words blackberry camera close programs error, and read. I think you'll find

Do a hard reset and test.

If that doesn't work, wipe and reinstall OS, and them test.

If that doesn't work, device hardware is broke or faulty.

If you are under warranty, ask for an exchange.

I had the same issue on my 9780. The cause of mine was a flashlight app.

Do you have a flashlight app?

the green blinking lite on a BB generally means the battery is fully charged when plugged into a charger.
