hi,guys.i need some help.if anybody knows..ive got a 8520 that only shows (reload software 552)in the screen...anybody had come across this problem and have some ideas on how to fix this,,pls post it as im badly in need..thanks..

Were you upgrading your OS when this happened? If so, did you delete the vendor.xml file?

This has happened when that file was not deleted.
