Is there anyway to SYNC with Outlook without a BES? I just want to use my BB as a normal PDA and have my email on there. Is there anyway to get my email wirelessly without a BES?

You can sync contacts, calendar, notes and tasks from Outlook to your BlackBerry using the included "Desktop Manager" software that comes with every BlackBerry.

You can get wireless e-mail from POP3 accounts using the BlackBerry Internet Service (previously known as the BlackBerry Web Client) that is supplied by your carrier. If you have Exchange, you can also use the BlackBerry Redirector software.

May I suggest you read the Sticky Threads, particularly the one about the different ways of getting e-mail to your BlackBerry.

Nope.
BES is the only way to wireless sync your contacts, notes, tasks and calendar.
