Hi I need some help accessing the media files on my media card. When I go to pictures or audio files I am not even given the option to use files on my media card. any ideas on how do access them? Thanks

Mike, goto ur optiins-memory, enable compression and turn on ur media card support. If all these r in place and still not working, confirm the media card using a card reader on ur PC. Hope this helps.

I'm experiencing this problem. My media card stopped working and it keeps giving me the message to format it. I don't want to format it so as not to lose my album etc. As I haven't backed up the recent camera pix I took :(
I don't have the option to select "compress etc" from options as I've read in some previous posts. I use Bold 9700. Pls advice on what to do. If I format, how do I get my data back?
