i just bought a bb Bold 9000 and i have a problem who make me crazy! when i receive call i did not hear! when i do call i do no hear exept when it is loudspeacker!

I really do not know what to do i am trying and crying

i ll really appreciate your help

If you just got this, I would bring it back to the store and have them take a look at it. Should be covered under warranty.
