I need to update BES 10.1.2 to the latest BES 10.2.7(?).
I see the installation instructions that say I need to go to 10.1.3 before I can go to 10.2 but I can't find info on whether or not I can go from 10.1.3 directly to 10.2.7.
Anyone have any info on this? This update guide (http://help.blackberry.com/en/bes10/...e_Guide_en.pdf) only discusses getting to 10.2. If possible, I'd like to go directly to 10.2.7 from 10.1.3.

You have to do the staged upgrades.

Supported upgrade environments
You can use the setup application to upgrade BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1.3 or later to the latest version
of BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.2.
If you have BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1, 10.1.1, or 10.1.2, you must first upgrade to BlackBerry
Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1.3 before you can upgrade to BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.2.
If you have one of the following products, you must first upgrade to BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.1:
xxx8226; BlackBerry Device Service 6.2 or later
xxx8226; Universal Device Service 6.2.1 or later
You can also use the setup application to perform a new installation of BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.2.

The info that I haven't been able to find is once I go to 10.1.3 can I update directly to 10.2.7 or do I have to do some intermediate steps to get to 10.2.7?

10.2.7 aka MR7

You can use the setup application to upgrade BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 version 10.2, 10.2 MR1, 10.2 MR2, 10.2 MR3, 10.2 MR4, 10.2 MR5, or 10.2 MR6.
