Halo. I can't download anything in South Africa. It download up to 5% then it failed. The download speed is only 2kb/s. Please help

I also seem to be experiencing the same problem as you lot. Did you manage to fix it? Can anyone assist? I also can't download anything and i'm also in South Africa. It download up to 5% or less then it failed. The download speed is less than 2kb/s

Helo...a lot of people are expirencing the exact same problem because I also hve the same problem...and using operamini doesn't help cause it does the same thing

It seems to be a South Africa problem. Lots of people on MTN have come here complaining about downloading.

I also have same problem with my 8520 I'm using mtn..everytime when I'm downloading music or video over the internet it fails after few percent..I don't know if the problem it caused by my carrier..please help I'm very corcern

How can anyone help? Seems a lot of people are complaining about MTN. You should probably contact them.

MTN has been having major data problems lately. It's been reported that MTN is sporadically throttling data to the point where data connections fail completely, and supposedly they have even been shutting down data on their network. There's nothing that can be done on the user end. It's up to MTN to sort out their issues.

Vodacom SA is also having the issues, but it seems MTN is worse.

Yap I'm also on mtn! What is the average download speed on blackberry bold 9900 I only get 100kbps if I'm very very lucky other wise 1kbps
