yeah, looks very easy and its all software.
There are some great 3rd party apps being built for the phone too, they are crude right now but are getting better everyday. Interesting to see what pressure ATT puts on Apple to keep updating firmware to fight the unlocks.

Apple VP also said that they wont be going after the 3rd party apps but he says the apps wont affect their firmware, ie they dont care if they kill the apps with firmware updates.

another good thing coming is video out
like the video iPods.
the touch has video out enabled and its the same hardware and software so they will be including it in software update. Of course its a rumor but its would be good cause on some trips I load up my iPod with movies and video podcasts and simply plug it in to the tv
