Looks like we are about an hour into another outage - 3:26pm (EST) our SRP dropped on all servers for about 20 mints. It reconnected but we have 0 message flow as reported by Boxtone.

hope you all are having a fun afternoon as well.

RIM T support confirms the outage but not much more.
