That just means someone saved it as a very lossy compressed JPG without knowing what the hell they were doing. Not saying it's not a photoshop job, as its very well obvious it is, but the pixelation is not the reason. As for the OP's picture, it was taken with an actual camera... had it been a screenshot taken with javaloader, then there could have been some sort of questions to be asked... otherwise, no.

Because that is a photoshop photo. It's fake. The OS you are referring to has not been released. The photo in the first post is real but the Verizon page above is fake.
