I am with T-Mobile. I've had .69 for 48 hours. I think is the best beta released so far (looking for betas is like a virus taken over me, I swear I had a life before this beta virus thing!)

.69 Is very stable, not one battery pull necessary, and minimal memory leakage, It was a bit over 26 when I first installed is now in 24,191 after 48 hours of use (not heavy, but not mild, only 3rd party apps are BBWeather, Beyond411 & Google Maps) I think that is a good improvement as to memory leakage.

UMA is solid, calls "feel" better than prior OS where voice was "flaky" some times. Integration to my wireless network was faster and flawless. Both back and forth as I entered or left my network's reach.

I do not think browser is faster, actually I think it may be slower, but I have not looked to see if I can improve settings and if the problem is "on my side."

I am not a BB genius, so I apologize that I can't contribute more, I hope this at least partially answers your concerns.

My hearing has never been good. I do not think I qualify to answer this question. I hear it well now, but then again, I never felt there was a problem with .52 or .55 either.

Dude posted the link in a thread where two moderators already asked for no links. Looked like a fair warning to me. Then the post was made with a "ha ha! Look here's the OS!!" Most are just deleted and a warning given with a link to the forum policy. However, purposely posting them like that is a asking to be banned.

Well I started with about 27 file free with a battery pull before I called it a night. The only things that auto start are yahoo, bbalerts, and messanger. Its been pretty much unused expect for some after midnight emails and mms. After lunch now and I 23. I'm not sure if that's good or bad. but that's my take on .69

If you're getting a 507 it just means that the OS has been wiped and it's ready to reinstall the new OS. I had this same issue when I tried to install 69 earlier today.

First, make sure you're plugged directly into the computer (i.e. no HUB), then follow the steps on this page to the letter and it will work.

I did have to restart my computer and delete the vendor.xml file, but everything went as planned when I followed those steps.

Also make sure in DM you have the box unchecked in the settings to make a backup first, I had a 507 error once and it wouldn't flash the OS back on until I unchecked that cause it couldn't boot in.
