Yes. Many do.
The cost depends totally on your carrier's international plans and/or using the BlackBerry unlocked with the foreign carrier's SIM and data plan.
Basically, the cost simply depends on your choice of how to use it while overseas.

Same here. I also have the International Roaming plan. That and Unlimited Data is $69.99 a month. Works great, never get any data charges. Also have the $3.99 International calling plan that I use to call internationally from the US.

My Carrier charges the normal data+BIS package. If I travel, of course there'll be roaming charges (Data) for use. Depends on what your carrier has setup especially alliances with carrier worldwide, expect some charges from the roaming carrier as well. :( luckily company pays for all that... hehehe... of course if I travel with my BOLD, then it's a diff story. Gotta remember to switch to Off When Roaming in Mobile>Data Options. hehehe...
