Hello!


Some users have synchronization problem. The environment is the following: Lotus domino mailserver, BES 5, and the users are in the same location.

I have seen a strange thing on a server. All of the user with synchronization problem have expired messages.

I haven't found "message delivered to device" entry in the log file.


Have you ever seen like this? Does anybody know what should i do in this case?

Do those users have proper connection (capital EDGE/GPRS/3G)? What is their last contact date?

Yes, they have proper connection.


Their last contact date is always in 10 minutes.

For example: 14:23 at 14:27

I am not familiar with BES for Lotus Notes, but messages expire, when a device is not in coverage for 7 days. See details on:

Are the users getting any new messages at all?
