Ok, it seems like everytime i try and play a song off my phone, if i want to pause or stop it, the phone locks up on me. Why is it doing this? I have the latest OS.
well unfortunately ive been having to pull the battery every few days because the dam thing keeps freezing. Now its freezing at different times and differnt programs. This is really frustrating! I love the phone but i have never seen a phone freeze this much. Also, not sure if its memory because i have an external 2 gig stick that is only half full..
Also, on a side note, i downloaded the berry a code program, and now it takes soooo long to display the caller ID info that if i let it keep ringing before i see a ID the call is over. Anyone else have this problem?
Having a 2Gb memory card has nothing to do with the amount of available device memory. Please go to Options >Status and tell us what the free memory says.
Believe it or not, that is low. I would follow the instructions at Main Page - BlackBerryFAQ to free up memory. That may help with your lockups. "When the device locks up do you get the hourglass?
no, not usually. Sometimes ill get the hourglass if its running really slow, but not usually if/when it freezes. It basically just locks up completely and i have to pull the battery.
