I have had the Wing, XV6800, 8830 and 8330. The biggest thing for me was/is the reception of the phone. I can sit here at my desk at work and use my Blackberrys all day long, but was not able to receive a call using the HTC devices. I did like all the apps for the WM, but the stability of the BB OS kills the WM and the push email is another big plus.

WM mobiles have push email too incidentally, using ActiveSync linked with the exchange server. Dont get it mixed up with periodic syncing as thats still pulling.

I was testing both the other day and the HTC push email actually arrived faster than the blackberry. This was while i had my desktop turned on and having outlook open as well. The same email arrived in the HTC first, followed by the desktop, followed by the blackberry. This happened on a consistent basis.

Must be something wrong with your BES - i consistantly get my BB email ahead of outlook.
