So my trackball has stopped scrolling down…this is the 2nd time this has happened to me…so this is the replacement phone that doing it this time, I contacted t-mobile and they told me that since my warranty is up they wont send me a new phone, and if I went through my insurance to get a new phone it would cost me $110…. I think its kind of ridiculous…I refuse to pay for a phone that keeps having a faulty trackball…my question is, do you guys have any ideas on how I can fix this problem, I’ve noticed some threads on here that say I can buy a new trackball for $9….also I’ve taken the ball out and cleaned it…the trackball scrolls up, right, and left but not down, and if I swap it the other way, it goes down, right and left but not up, so it might not be the trackball, maybe the phone itself is faulty… if anyone has any ideas on what I should do please let me know, thanks!! P.s. I’m new here!
