I am new to the site. Got a Blackberry Pearl 8130 last week and I cant seem to put it down. Got a few questions.

1. My wife has a 8130 pearl also and she text messages me alot. Would it be best to use PIN messaging?

2. Need to get a case and holster for it, what is the best combo to get?

1. If you are paying for SMS text messages... per use, yes. PIN messages are part of the Data Package if you have unlimited data, great.

2. A case AND holster? I believe they are all one. Try one of the sponsors here... Seido or Forte, very reputable and nice to deal with. Look in our Sponsor section at the top of the page, and more holsters in our Hardware section here...

PIN messaging would definately be bettery for you guys then. As long as both of you have data (preferably unlimited). Also, PIN messaging is a chat, so it'll be like a normal IM conversation with threading.

I agree with the BBmessenger, it works great. For a case though, i really like my skin that is on my phone. it makes the phone virtually scratch proof, and looks like nothing is on it.
