Default Unable to connect -Reason: Failed to associate with the network

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I'm unable to connect my 8320 to my home wifi.
The message I get when I try to connect is

Unable to connect
Reason: Failed to associate with the network

My broadband is with Orange using the Livebox they provided. I have spoken to them and they were unsure what the problem could be, suggesting that I might have entered the wireless key incorrectly. So I disabled the security on the wifi but I'm still getting the same messege...

Has anyone else had similar problems? Is it more likely to be a problem at the router end or the BB?

Thanks

Are you able to see the router SSID on your BB?
