I had it set up some certain way on my old BB but now I cant seem to figure it out on my new one.....at night i usually have my ringer silent but i still want to get calls from family....hence the important calls feature....but for some reason its not working the second time around.....anyone know the correct way for doing this????

Go under profiles, advanced menu, and you can adjust caller exceptions.
